Domi owns the ledger — units, leases, charges and tickets live in Domi, not in a third-party system — which is what lets it serve a 12-unit landlord and a property manager running thousands of units from the same product.

Domi is built for independent landlords and property management companies who want their own name on the app their residents use, without the per-property minimums that most resident engagement tools require.
